Which plan should I choose?
Each plan is dedicated to a certain purpose. Choose your plan in accordance to your creative needs. e.g. If want to collaborate, the Collaboration plan is the best for you.
*Can I get discounts?
We do offer specific discounts to our strategic partners. However, we do not offer direct discounts on our platform.
When does the free plan period end?
It's cool, you can enjoy our free plan unlimitedly.
Can I change my plan at anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. In case of cancelation or downgrade, your subscription will last until the end of your current billing cycle.
How does billing work?
We bill and charge each month at the end billing cycle. Your invoices are available in your account settings. Invoices are also sent by email each month.
In which currency am I billed?
If you are located in a Euro based country, we will bill in Euro. In any other countries, we will bill in $.
Which types of Payment are accepted?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. We do not accept debit cards.
Do you have specific plans for teachers or professors ?
Teachers or professors can enjoy the Interaction plan for free. There is no trial period. Contact us!
Who do I pay for?
For a paid plan, you pay only for you. Guests access is free and unlimited.
